Many times we pray and pray hard for one thing or another, and nothing seems to happen. I have always been told to pray for what is best, not necessarily what I want. On the other hand, I have heard that if you want something, pray hard, pray with fervor and pray without ceasing. I do both, I pray for what I want, asking God if it is his will and I pray hard.
God does answer prayers. Maybe not at the time you want, but he does answer them. Pray without ceasing, pray with fervor and trust that in God, all will workout and will be well.
